Do you allow alcohol?

Yes, alcohol is permitted. A $150 liquor liability insurance fee will be added. The host assumes full responsibility for alcohol service and guest conduct and agrees to comply with all local and state laws.

What is the maximum capacity?

The space accommodates up to 99 guests.

Is parking available?

Yes, convenient on-site parking is available for all guests. A parking map will be provided with your event rental details.

Can we bring our own vendors (food, decor, DJ, bartender, etc.)?

Yes, outside vendors are welcome. All vendors must be licensed and insured. A copy of current insurance must be emailed to events@thebranchkc.com at least 7 days prior to your event.

Can we leave vehicles overnight?

Yes, vehicles may remain overnight. We ask that all vehicles be picked up by 9:00 AM the following morning.

What is included in the rental?

Rental time includes access to the event space, tables, chairs, and time for both setup and teardown.

What is required to book?

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event date will not be charged the remaining balance. The $200 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are responsible for the full remaining balance.
