About The Branch KC:

The Branch KC is a rustic, reservation-only 2500 sq ft. event space located alongside an active equestrian facility, overlooking a fully stocked pond on the edge of Kansas City, KS, in the Piper community.

The large glass garage door brings in natural light and frames the surrounding ranch landscape, creating a warm, inviting setting for intimate private gatherings of up to 99 guests.

Pricing Details:

​Events at The Branch KC are priced as follows:

​

• Weekdays (Mon-Thurs) $200/hr​

  • 3-hour minimum event time

• Weekends (Fri-Sun) $250/hr

  • 4-hour minimum event time

• Applicable sales tax (9.125%) will be added to all bookings.

• If alcohol will be served, a $150 fee will be added to cover required liquor liability insurance.

• All bookings will include an additional hour for setup and an additional hour for teardown.

• All events subject to a $200 non-refundable deposit, due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Events can be cancelled up to 7 days before the event. ​​​​

• 75-inch smart TV and Bluetooth speakers

• 100-inch projector screen and projector available upon request

• Bar area with refrigerator and freezer

• Bring your own licensed and insured vendor

• Wooden tables and black chairs for up to 99 guests

• ADA-compliant parking and restrooms
