About The Branch KC:

The Branch KC is a private, reservation-only 2,500 sq. ft. event venue in the Piper community of Kansas City, Kansas. Our climate-controlled barn venue features abundant natural light, scenic pond and countryside views, indoor restrooms, and ample parking, creating the perfect setting for celebrations, gatherings, and special events.

Pricing Details:

​Events at The Branch KC are priced as follows:​

• Weekdays (Mon-Thurs)

  • $200/hr

  • 3-hour minimum rental

  • Full-Day (up to 12 hours): $2,000

• Weekends (Fri-Sun)

  • $250/hr

  • 4-hour minimum rental

  • Full-Day (up to 12 hours): $2,500

​​​

​

• Applicable sales tax (9.125%) will be added to all bookings.

• $200 deposit required to reserve event date.

• Remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event will receive a full refund, less the $200 deposit.

• If alcohol will be served, a $150 fee will be added to cover required liquor liability insurance.
