​Answers to common questions about The Branch KC, a wedding and event venue in the Piper area of Kansas City Kansas.​

 

Do you allow alcohol?

Yes! Alcohol is permitted with prior approval. A licensed and insured bartender is required whenever alcohol is served, and a $150 liquor liability insurance fee applies. Please see our rental agreement for complete alcohol policies.

What is the maximum capacity?

The space accommodates up to 99 guests.

​

Is parking available?

Yes, convenient on-site parking is available for all guests. Parking instructions will be provided with your event rental details.

What types of events do you host?

The Branch KC hosts small weddings and receptions, quinceañeras, rehearsal dinners, bridal and baby showers, birthdays, graduation parties, corporate events, and private celebrations for up to 99 guests.

Can we bring our own vendors (food, decor, DJ, bartender, etc.)?

Yes, outside vendors are welcome. All vendors must be licensed and insured. A copy of current insurance must be emailed to events@thebranchkc.com at least 7 days prior to your event.

Can we leave vehicles overnight?

Yes, vehicles may remain overnight. We ask that all vehicles be picked up by 9:00 AM the following morning.

What is included in the rental?

Each rental includes seating for up to 99 guests, tables and chairs, indoor restrooms, WiFi, climate control, and access to our bar area with refrigerator and freezer.​​​​

Can we bring in bounce houses, foam pits, or trampolines for parties?

We do not allow bounce houses, foam pits, or trampolines on our premises.

Are candles or sparklers allowed?

No. Open flames, candles, sparklers, fireworks, pyrotechnics, and similar items are prohibited. Battery-operated LED candles are welcome.

What is required to book?

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

What is your cancellation policy?

The $200 booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event forfeit only the deposit. Cancellations fewer than 7 days before the event forfeit all payments made.
